Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with REI Strategy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Service Description

REI Strategy provides Fractional CTO services, including strategic technology guidance, planning, and implementation for real estate investment businesses. Our services are offered based on the packages and terms outlined in our agreements with clients.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for us to deliver our services effectively. Clients must also ensure timely communication and participation in scheduled meetings, planning sessions, and other collaborative activities.

Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in the client agreement. Payment is due according to the schedule specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Confidentiality

Both REI Strategy and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, and any other data deemed confidential.

Intellectual Property

Any materials, strategies, or frameworks provided by REI Strategy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

REI Strategy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice according to the terms outlined in the client agreement. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the state of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas state.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
